We offer a full spectrum of product and services, from basic product offerings and marketing services to consultation and implementation of full scale training exercises. Program Rules and Highlights

1. Just refer a firefighter. For every sale generated from your referrals
   you receive 100 pts.
2. Redeem points for gifts (see details below).
3. Referral must be a new/first-time customer.
4. Sale must be invoiced and paid before activation.
5. Must register with Elite the following information (Included on Registration Sheet)
6. Department name
7. Department contact name
8. Address
9. Phone
10. List training day(s) /night(s)
11. List officers
12. All entries received (firefighters sending a referral) will be entered into our
    grand prize drawing 12-31-09.
13. Offer Expires 12-31-09.
14. Any returns voids entry. Any required exchanges will be honored and
    made accordingly.
15. Elite Response Group LLC reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of conducting fraudulent or unethical sales or business transactions.
